Each well-being session lasts for an hour, followed by extra time to enjoy a herbal tea and a warm, welcoming chat. Together, we’ll explore a range of supportive tools and techniques – including mindfulness, meditation, tapping, silent counselling, and other gentle energy release practices – all carefully chosen to help you feel more grounded, centred, and connected.
