The Good Life Approach
The Good Life CIC was created to provide free, meaningful support for individuals who are disadvantaged and in need of mental, mindful, and emotional assistance. Our mission is to serve those who may be single parents, caring for disabled or SEN children, or supporting relatives—people who often can’t afford to seek the support they need for themselves.
These individuals are frequently overwhelmed, stretched thin, and under immense pressure, which takes a serious toll on their mental health and well-being.
At The Good Life CIC, we are dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and peaceful space where they can rest, recharge, find relief and learn holistic wellbeing techniques to support themselves long term. This is achieved through drop-in support sessions. We ensure that everyone can be accommodated, even with limited time.

These sessions provide a wide range of services, including mindfulness practices, breathing exercises, guided visualisations, sound healing, gratitude experiences, self-compassion meditations, creative self-expression through art, and emotional release techniques, all designed to empower disadvantaged adults with tools for long-term emotional resilience, inner peace, and self-awareness in a safe and supportive environment.

We also offer holistic alternatives for managing stress and promoting long-term wellness, including workshops and certifications in complementary therapies. Our goal is to support personal growth and transformation, helping individuals invest in their future well-being.

Our services are entirely free, funded through grants, donations, and community support. We believe in giving back to those who often feel left behind.
If you would like to support or invest in any way, from donations to volunteering, please contact Laura via the form below or by reaching out on social media.

Empowering Lives through Community Awareness
At The Good Life CIC, we are dedicated to integrating awareness into the everyday lives of our community members. It's our mission to empower individuals to embrace mindfulness and self-discovery as part of their daily routines. This is a space where we share our journey and invite others to join us in creating a mindful community without the worry or concern that they can't afford it.
